  : Blankets stink. Toaster not working. When checked in. Sand was all around the floor. Kitchen Floors were sticky. Pillow quality was so bad. Sand was on the couch and beds. Couple pillow stuffing was piled up on one side and empty on other. Bunk beds were horrible. Kids had to sleep on floor because you can literally feeel the springs. Terrible. I will never come back here. This wasn't a smooth trip at all. Wifi stopped working for almost a whole day.

  : Unit 1001 was comfortable but is in need of some updates. TV small for the cabinet size. Cabinet is old, scratched and knob would come off of drawer when opened. Bed frame squeaked and bed skirt old. Only one plate in kitchenette. Refrigerator freezes any items left in it too long. Coffee maker old and no complimentary coffee, filters or condiments. Only one plug outlet worked by nightstand and light bulb out in lamp by door. A few inconveniences but overall it was comfortable for a short weekend trip. Priced well for a quick weekend trip in the winter.

  : The mattress was soft and the beach was beautiful
  : The directions were not clear, they should have said park in the garage across the street and check in in the parking garage lobby. We we're able to hear to much noise from connecting apartment, and all doors are so heavy it sounds like people are slamming doors at night if they go in and out.The headboard made an awful sound everytime it moved, so everytime either of us moved it woke the other up. Plus we were to afraid to attempt to make love for fear the whole floor or building might hear. I also expected a full kitchenette with a small refrigerator/ freezer and maybe a way to cook like an indoor grill or air fryer. They also said there would be extra pillows and blankets and there were not. The towels were small and thin and not enough for a whole week stay, and expected at least a bath rug instead of having to use a towel.We were not told that we would have to pay $40 a day for beach chairs just that they would be available, so we didn't bring some from home, we had to go to Walmart and buy some which is cheaper than $200 for 5 days. One of the security guys grilled me about my service dog and even argued with me that she was not a service animal even after I showed him her registration ( which legally nobody is supposed to do) . All this was while my husband and I ( both with bad backs) were standing with our arms full on our way to our room. I emailed Vacasa my complaints but never got a response. I will not be booking with them again or staying at this resort in the future.
