Ocean Ritz #1502 Condominiums by Book That Condo

  : There was no breakfast provided as this is a condo, The location was excellent. The condo #1502 was beautiful and perfect for our group.
  : Overall the cleanliness was ok but the baseboards were quite dirty. The booking company was not familiar with the property. The dishwasher was new and put in place and connected to the water line but it was not properly installed and had not been bolted to the cabinets or leveled and would not operate, The cable tv service was not connected and the remotes were mixed up for the tvs and we had to call maintenance for the dishwasher and cable set up. There were no instructions for the tv or roku. There was not a broom for sweeping up the sand that was tracked to the unit from the beach. Upon check-in we were not given the codes for the pool or beach gates. Apparently the codes were sent in a test message that did not display them on a phone format. Overall the stay to the #1502 condo was great, but frustrating to find these inconveniences upon arrival in light of the high cost of renting the property.
