  : There were stains on the sheets and holes in the wall. and it is listed to have an ocean view. There is absolutely no view of the ocean.

  : the location was perfect, walking distance to the beach. Having multiple pools was nice.
  : the smell of the room when we got there was terrible and smelled so strong of marijuana which we did not like with having our children with us. The mattress for the sofa bed was disgusting and did not have a protector on it. One of the toilet did not work so we only had 1 bathroom the other one flooded.

  : I have stayed in another unit within Horizon South. I found that unit clean and comfortable. It was in the back of the complex and too far to walk to the beach so we drove down to a beach access. The pools are nice and were close enough to walk to. This year we were in building 56 room 204 and was close to a small pool and convenient to walk to the beach. However, as stated below, housekeeping was unacceptable. After all of the COVID cleaning hype, it was surprising to see how bad it was. This place was expensive but at any price these issues would have been unacceptable. We did not let it ruin our vacation.
  : Upon arrival I found a dirty towel thrown over closet door, wet washcloth hung over showerhead, washcloth stuck to a canvas picture in the closet and dirty bath rug that was just turned over. I called Vacasa the first day about the problems I found that day. They said locals would be in touch. New issues found as the week progressed. Sofabed was too uncomfortable and mattress cover was filthy, so my 6' 2" son slept on the cushions using spare sheets. Vacuuming was spotty. There was just 3 of us, but we ran out of toilet paper (partial rolls in both baths and 1 spare), dishwasher tablets (2 provided) and garbage bags (3 provided). No one called or came by. Later, I found a couple of clean towels in the dryer. It was as if housekeeping was distracted or just careless.

  : The website claims there are ocean view but that's not true.Says it has elevator not true.Both of us are 68 and use a Cain to walk.So trying to get our luggage up the steps was a nightmare.Also on the website says the beach is 200 ft away. It's more like a quarter mile.So when you have to walk that distance with a Cain it's very difficult.We are very disappointed from all the lies about the unit.

  : We loved the location, but 56-204 was absolutely disgusting.
  : black mold caked on shower head, and on shower lining. shower drain full of hair. bunk bed ladder broken. carpet is so filthy it turns your feet black. no sheets on pull out couch, and none given for it. hanging light strobes when you cut it on. someone also wrote the door code on the wall, so major safety hazard. will never recommend 204, and would never stay at 204 again.

  : no ocean view but a quick walk to the beach. The sleeper sofa was a little lumpy it is not the couch pictured on this website. The bunk beds were comfortable but a little dangerous to get on the top bunk. Overall very clean spacious and worth the price. they gave you soap to wash the dishes and dishwasher and also laundry detergent. Very impressed
  : The neighbors above us you could hear very clearly through the store. They had a small child who ran up and down the hall all hours of the night. But as for the condo itself no complaints
