  : Housekeeping was great and room was clean.
  : We were in Lancaster for a softball tournament. First my suite was given away and the hotel blamed booking.com for not confirming date changes with the hotel. Manager then tried giving us a one bedroom for 2 coaches and 2 players to all sleep together in the same bed . After I explained how that would in no way work a room miraculously 20 minutes later became available. Everyday was 111-118 degree weather and we were put in a room with no air conditioning! My players literally slept in the hallways and lobby. Day after day we called to ask for help with the air conditioning or to send maintenance. Even begged for a fan at 2am one night. We slept every night with doors open on the 7th floor burning up and putting wet towels on us from a bucket. All the service we got was insincere sorry’s and that someone would be coming. No one ever did! We were continually given the run out with no actual service. Then the manager Miriam at checkout again very insincerely wanted to comp me points for future stay for the horrible service and weekend! After arguing in disbelief I was told I would get one night half off! The main manager Remy would not even come out to speak with me at any point and said he was too busy and to send in an email.Will all the new hotels in this area will never stay at an embassy suites again!
