Disappointing

  : Beds were clean and comfortable and the furniture was artfully curated. I like that there were detergents and soaps to use - I would have preferred refill bathrooms soaps rather than generate waste (as a personal preference). Loved that the pool was open 24 hrs at your own risk. And the gym was small but functional.
  : Figuring out the maze of the property is by far one of the most annoying parts of the experience. More detailed map would have been helpful. And the property needs to work on their signage which I know isn’t Sonders fault. There were two major maintenance issues I noted the top hinge of the patio door was un screwed so it would drag on the floor if not picked up every time opening it. This will be a major problem as the bottom of the door will start to crack And secondly there appears to be mold growing on the master bathroom trim between the shower and tub. There were also several points of paint that are scraping off doors showing wear and tear and gaps in parts of flooring in the master bathroom that show issues in the installation of the vinyl. Also the light was burned out/ wouldn’t turn on in the master closet. For the price we paid of basically a luxury hotel suite it’s evident that they don’t pay attention or care about these details in between guest stays. Makes me wonder what other details that may be overlooked. I work in property management and these things would definitely not fly with my clients. A little change in the operating process could go a long way in managing these issues. That a cleaning crew just won’t care about. Small issues can become major money losses later. Including loss of repeat customers that don’t tell you of their grievances.

  : Old carpet in majority of apartment that needed replacement. Wood floors in main areas would’ve made it a more pleasant stay since we have allergies. Bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned properly- but the staff did promptly address

  : It was lovely, clean and cozy. The mattress in the bedroom was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The pool was awesome and the facilities itself were clean.
  : Check in was very confusing. It was like a maze toget to the apartment. That’s it! Other then that everything was perfect.

  : It was bright and decorated nicely and was in a good area. They provided a white noise machine and earplugs for noise.
  : The walk from the garage to the condo was really far, like 1/4 mile. There was no cable for the TV. You had to cast from your phone. The bathroom was not very clean, there was hair in the tub and the sink didn't drain. I unclogged it myself.

  : Very nice apartment. It’s a little confusing to find the best parking closest to your unit but over all nice

  : The location was amazing. Placed perfectly in the heart of everything but private enough for you to feel like you are on vacation. The pool was very nice, the rooms definitely were a good size. I had two rooms bc there were ten of us.
  : Both rooms were dirty. There wasn’t a sleeper sofa set provided for room 4418 and the clean sheets we did find had blood stains on them. The shower was dirty, the tub was dirty there was hair from the last guests everywhere. We had to go and buy cleaning supplies to be able to stand it. Room 3307s floors were filthy. Walking around barefoot was a no, my feet were black! It seems like the cleaning crew just came in and did the bare minimum. Checking in was a nightmare, you don’t quite know what to do and this building is like a maze. I felt like I was in the shining lol. Overall my stay was nice. It was just so dirty in our rooms.
