  : There was no breakfast afforded to me and the the location like i said was only what I found amazing. having to call to get service was very inconvenient and the response to my requests was unacceptable as it took hours and none of which were direct always in a email. That was unacceptable.
  : My room was hot due to air-condition mal functioning. I called and the response was some 16 hours later before I was able to have a replacement room. The air-condition in the hallway and elevators obviously did not work cause they were extremely hot. Also it appears there was no house keeping service available for my entire stay. no fresh linen was available and Further there was limited towel available there was no face towel in the room, I had to purchase for use.
