  : You said there was no pet fee… I had to pay a $25 no refundable fee for my cat. The bath tub was clogged… no towels at pool… had to go to front desk to let them know… very disappointed…

  : The bathrooms are not clean, the area of elevator smelled like urine, there were two drug addicts sitting out front, and the line was from counter to the door took me 30 min to check in and it was my second time going there because they would not allow early check in

  : Next to the airport, upon my next day, travel out of states.
  : Bad mildew smell, walls had fill ins patches to cover holes or??? The bathroom's floor had someone's hair left behind, closed had string order of mildew. Beds need new mattresses. The shower curtain was disgusting dirty on the bottom edges. Need new bath & water was left dripping. We closed it as tight as we could but still had leakage of water dripping & making noise. It was a last-minute choice to get a hotel, never mind the price was right. There is a saying in Spanish that means you get what you pay for. Never again. I reserved for my parents who are very old in their 70's & no handicap available for them. Worse mental , physical experience but needed to stay had no other choice as I mentioned it was a last resort to rent a hotel. I would not recommend this place even if it's near the airport. There are people living their & the hallways reak of human piss as I walk to get ice & saw other customers cover their noise to avoid the smell. I should report to BBB but I won't. I'm angry at myself for not paying more for my parents peace of mind.

  : The web site i booked on said there was an airport shuttle(the main reason i booked with this hotel), however this was not the case. When i asked the question they said the owner had decided to end this service. Poor decision on his part as you're an airport hotel.
