  : It was dirty and unsanitary. In fact there was a live cockroach in the bathroom. Staff were unfriendly and not helpful. I WILL NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.

  : The one maid we paid to clean our room. The area across the street and the sounding areas was nice.
  : A bad odor in the room. Only one towel. No hotel room phone. No maid service. The sheets was only changed once, and that was because we went looking for a maid and we paid her to clean our room. We had to take our own wet dirty towels to the front desk in order to get clean ones. (per the desk person instructions). We had to take out our own trash. It was trash, and trash in bags all over the hotel rooms side walks. (I have pictures too). There was no complimentary breakfast as advertised. What was left of the kitchen was torn apart, wood everywhere. We had three roaches in our room, one was in the bathroom and two came from behind the dresser, it was also a weird bug in our nightstand draw. It was a long worm on the wall of our shower, and the shower head kept dripping and it was very loose on the wall. (I have pictures). People was always at the desk asking for another room. We too asked for another room, but like they told everyone else, everything was booked. One lady took me to her room upstairs and showed me the mold and water damaged throughout her ceiling (i took pictures) she has pictures too, but yet they refused to get her another room. People was always loud and fuzzing outside the rooms, no matter what time it was. I never thought Howard Johnson would allow these type of things to go on in their established. This hotel should not be allowed to advertised on the website, especially with the other upscaled really nice hotels. It is totally false advertisement and a disgrace!
