: Close proximity to everything and house had mostly everything we needed.
: All floors were EXTREMELY slippery. Myself along with my kids, husband and parents slipped all week. I also slipped and fell down the stairs because they were so slick. Floors are so creaky that you cant walk anywhere in the house without waking everyone up.

: Not clean on arrival. Needs a deep clean, like under furniture. A chair in living room should be thrown out, very nasty.

: This property was a great find. The location was terrific - a 10 minute walk to downtown or the beach. The house was a perfect size for our group of 5 adults, a teen and an infant. The house was very clean and the room air conditioners and fans worked well. A bonus was a little computer desk where we could set up our laptop.
: These were only minor inconveniences for us, but there are a few things that could be added in the kitchen: 1. more cereal-size bowls; 2. some juice glasses (all of the ones there were tall/large); and 3. a rimmed baking sheet to use for cookies, french fries, etc.
