  : Prime location in the heart of OOB and near the beach! Large enough to allow my family to stay in the same space! The owners gave some good recommendations of places to eat.
  : It was lacking in basics. We did not have kitchen towels/paper towels, hand towels for the bathrooms. There were no extra sheets or pillow cases for the pullout or for the extra pillows. We did ask for a couple of things and they were provided, but we felt like we were a bit of an inconvenience. The sheets also did not fit the beds well and tended to come off at night.

  : The owners were very nice and friendly to the whole family.They gave excellent advice about the best places to eat, ie.. the Galato ice cream/candy store that we visited all 3 nights.The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
  : Having to leave, our vacation was wonderful but alas we had to go home. Until next year OOB.

  : Nice location, good size apartment, parking was watched closely, let us leave our beach items outside beside building.
  : Charged $75 for leaving the trash( mostly empty shoe boxes)from shopping neatly piled in the kitchen. No where did I see anything about where to leave trash.

  : We went for a bachelorette and the owners were great! They responded right away when the internet information in the room was wrong, gave us a free bottle of wine and when the extra bottom lock accidentally got locked which cannot be opened from the outside without being picked they were there very quickly to help us get in. The location was great, within walking distance of the beach/pier/amusement park, and anything you need.
  : The parking spaces are very tight and if they are all in use you have to squeeze with you door touching the next car to get into your car. It also costs $30 per day per car parked which is a bit excessive. I've never stayed anywhere that charged for parking. They should at least offer 1 free spot and then charge for additional cars if they are trying to limit cars.

  : Stripped. From no chairs on little patio to no hand towels or washcloths. Sheet on our king beds elastic was shot so it kept coming off. Didnt tell us about the $30 parking per day. It was a big a apartment, but thats it. Even the fridge ice machine was disconnected.

  : Its close to all the fun in Old Orchard.
  : We didnt think it was fair to pay over 2 grand for an apartment and then be charged 30$ a day to park in the lot behind the building.
