  : Location is great for access to beaches south of the property, as well as within a mile of the Oceanside pier and downtown area. We met three of the condo owners while there who were friendly and very helpful with site information. All of the beds, including the fold out downstairs, were very comfortable. Laundry facilities worked well, and made our two week trip easy to manage. The upstairs balcony provided some excellent views of the sunset towards the pier. The kitchen was easy to function in, and had a lot of counter space to work with when prepping meals. Dishwasher was very efficient, and got greasy pans clean. Refrigerator/freezer was large and easy to use. Garage door was repaired quickly (next morning) when it wouldn't open completely when arriving.
  : Garage is used to store a pair of ebikes which we were told cound not be moved, making use for two vehicles difficult to impossible depending on the size of the vehicles. Had to get combination to trash dumpster lock from a resident, our inquiry for this was not answered by the owner or management company.
