  : The house was clean, comfortable, cheery and roomy. It was in a quiet, lovely neighborhood and close to a quaint, fairly new development that had shops and a wonderful restaurant.
  : Upon arrival as we explored the kitchen, there was a plastic tub nearly overflowing with water under the sink. We immediately, on hands and knees, because it couldn't be moved, bailed the water...probably a slow leak that needs repair. The toilet seat was very loose and there were no tools anywhere to tighten it, so used a kitchen knife. With only 1 bathroom, mirrors in the bedrooms would have allowed the ladies to do makeup and hair to free the bathroom. There were no towels and found them in the garage, which was marked "owners only". And then 1 face cloth, 1 hand towel and no kitchen towels. And there were no instructions for the TV and, when we figured it out, were disappointed that there were no local stations and no access to major New Year's shows, like fireworks and football games.

  : Location is in a quiet neighborhood close to Damon Point. Nice deck on the front and back, easy walk to the beach. About 3 1/2 miles from town. Beds were awesome, very comfortable, nice great room area
  : Lockbox was difficult to open. Wet sheets were left in the washer and towels left in the dryer. Kitchen cabinets were sticky and needed a good wash. Ants in the kitchen.

  : Toilet seat needs to be fixed and lawn was grown out a lot, not mowed at all. Had not been mowed at least 3 weeks. One bedroom was part of a garage conversion and had poor ventilation so we had to move.

  : The location is great for access to Damon Point. Loved the beach decor and light colors.
  : Wish it would have had a washer and dryer. An updated bath would garner an excellent review, but for the price, it was fine.
