  : Location to everything was excellent. Entry into unit was easy. Layout of unit was good.
  : The unit was dirty.The carpets were stained.The lighting fixtures, doors and walls were stained.The shower was dirty with some potential mold.Leaving dirty toilet boil cleaning brushes in the bathroom was disgusting. I do not want to clean toilets on vacation and certainly not with a dirty brush.

  : Location was great for the price. About a 10 min walk to the Beach and 25 min drive to the Boardwalk. 2 large bedrooms (1 with its own bathroom), 2 good sized bathrooms (one with a nice big soaking tub), full kitchen with a breakfast bar for dining. Cozy living room. Private outdoor seating area.
  : Parking for our unit was on the other side of the building, so it was quite a trek to haul everything in and the back out. At check in, There was still a half a pizza in the oven (which we had to take on the long trek out to the dumpster to dispose of) and 2 large bags of laundry left in our patio for the duration of our stay. When we went to use our oven for a dinner, smoke rolled out of it for about 15 minutes and filled our unit with smoke and set the smoke detector off. Apparently, the oven doesn't get used (or cleaned) often.

  : Was a convenient location not far from the attractions and restaurants.
  : This property needs a really good deep cleaning and a little investment in the kitchen appliances ie. Coffeemaker and dishes would go a long way. Things are a little outdated but usable. There is a sizable cleaning fee and yet you are required to remove your own garbage?.

  : Handicapped husband This is not a place to stay when you have had 4 hip replacements. Wasn’t aware the unit was located in the back with no parking . Patio wasn’t kept up. Furniture on patio was dirty and weeds. The main bath needs some TLC rust and dirt around vents and the molding a caulk look dirty. Needs to be redone. But the toliet is loose and dirty around the bottom. Kitchen was cute snd the unit is cute. Just wasn’t for us older folks. To get our luggage and cooler Left myself having to carry everything around the back. Since husband couldn’t Thanks for the stand up shower for him. Nice deep tub for me. But after staying at the Hyatt on Wednesday ocean front for 145 a night that was more of a convenience and more handicap friendly

  : The place was hidden behind the unit block. Had to ask residents. It was a lengthy jaunt around behind the units. No marked parking slots. The place hasn't been upgraded in at least 20 years. Beds were hard? Esp the king. Cement blocks? Dresser drawers fell out if opened. Cheap.Was very glad to find a fly scattered as there must have been a dozen hungry flies when I got here.Thermostat was effective. Did not use the ancient appliances except for the coffee pot & toaster oven. Slept in the 1st bedroom as people were renovating the unit next store. Circular saws & banging early till late. The rent for 5 days was more than my monthly rent at home. I will need to be more discerning next time.
