  : Home is well maintained. clean and cozy. Has everything you need!
  : The building stairway was under construction, and the construction dumpster was placed in our designated parking space. There was no communication about the construction, nor did we have access to the lockbox that was put in the back patio to gain access to the unit from the back during construction .Because friction noise, Certifit in the morning, ruined it for us through the weekdays .This unit should NOT have been available for a rental during construction. It was a significant safety hazard and a major inconvenience with banging and machine sounds at the front door.Below are pictures of the construction directly in front of the entrance door to the unit .
