  : First time staying there, was unsure exactly what building to go to, wayfinding for room location could be improved
  : Ceiling in the unit needs to be cleaned a fair amount of dust has collected in the popcorn ceiling in the master bedroom,lighting from outside bleeding into rooms does not make for a good nights sleep, especial in the living room where blinds do not close.Paint on walls that was only painted 3/4 up the wall looks tacky and shows a lack quality or care

  : Pros: Location was very close to the beach and the main part of town, condo had elevator and luggage carts which made moving in and out easy.
  : Cons: I don’t know where to start! Upon arrival the house smelled like pure must. Which was quickly evident of all of the mold that was found on the ceilings, in the closets and on the shower curtain. It was terrible. It took a whole bottle of bleach just to make the place somewhat inhabitable. We had to call maintenance within the first 15 mins of being there because 8 lights were out!! 3 of which never got fixed because they couldn’t find the right bulbs, so we ate in the dark at the kitchen table. Bring everything you need! The supplies they provide are extremely limited. One cabinet has some tableware, utensils provided are slim pickings, and thank god we brought our own pots and pans because theirs were pure rust. The rest of the drawers and cabinets were completely bare. We were told we weren’t allowed early check in because they were spending “extra time” cleaning. It looked as if no one had been there in months. There was still visible dirt on the counters and trash in the trash can. The fridge had a large rusted area which was attempted to be covered up by white paint? It didn’t work and the fridge still had brown stuff dripping down the front of it by the end of our stay. The laundry room still had trash and dryer sheets spread over the floors, and the lights in the kitchen were covered in grease and bugs. The air condition vents were all rusted, and the blinds for the sliding door were half missing, but don’t worry we found the broken ones in a closet!! We had to put a blanket over the door at nighttime because you could see straight through. The closet in the laundry room was filled with paint that was used to clearly try and cover up the walls from all the marks and dirt, but the colors didn’t match and you could see all the spots missed. We spent the whole first day cleaning, and I have no doubt it’s the cleanest it’s been in a long time.

  : There are no overhead lights in the living room. The only way to turn on the one lamp on the room was to plug it in. Even with the light plugged in could not find a light switch. No wifi. The only remote we could get to work was the Comcast remote. The tv in the master is not connected to cable. Could not not find a light switch to turn on the light above the kitchen table. Some one thought it would be a good idea to paint the bottom half of the walls in the hallway from the bottom up. You can see it when the lights are on.

  : It was centrally located. Very roomy and it had what you needed for family stay.
  : No toilet tissue, part of a roll on dispenser in one bathroom. No spare rolls. Floors sticky. No blind in Master Bedroom on left side of window. Missing pieces on blind in living room. Baby roaches in Bathroom #3, Kitchen area. No light in Bedroom 2 closet. 2 bulbs out in Bathroom 2. Ironing board not working. Hole in wall in Bedroom 3. Hall closet was dirty(door). Vents dirty throughout condo.
