  : Condo is owned privately and has several issues. First, we had issues with cleaning - there was blood on the bottom sheet on the bed; no extra pillowcases for the additional pillows; and freezer did not work. The condo office managers said this was privately owned but they still put a small freezer in the room so we could keep ice cold. The floors were also pretty filthy. Nice location, pool well maintained by a staff that separately manages the building but not this unit.

  : the property as a whole needs major work. appliances, A/C, # of outlets, blinds didn’t operate properly. damp and clammy inside the entire stay

  : It’s a moldy shoebox of a motel room. Strong mold smell in the kitchen cabinets and drawers gave one of us an allergic reaction and respiratory problems. We moved out after 1 night and demanded a refund. Cups, plates smelled of mold and were dirty. The local management company rep never, ever responded and we had to deal with various reps at Kinlin Grover who kept on saying “they would forward the complaint to the local team and get back to us” which they never did. They dropped off Lysol spray saying we should clean the mold ourselves!! On top of this the kitchen had no dish soap or sponge, an odd selection of pots with no matching lids, a stove burner didn’t work. Kinlin Grover reps gave us a run around when we tried to get a refund.
