  : the property was dirty from the bathroom with dead bugs on the ceiling n the fridge dirty and the pool was dirty. the house water was yellow which also indicated the place was nasty
  : nothing it was a horrible stay and the house manager which his name was Adam was rude and called names. also the toilet was broke and wouldn’t stop running since we arrived to the house all matter were told to the house rep and he refused to fix anything while my family n I stayed. this place should be removed from booking.

  : Stains on the carpet in multiple rooms, dead bugs on the bathroom ceiling, pool was to dirty to go in, pool person never came out, WIFI wouldn't work, toilet kept running, pool screen area was ripped, washer wouldn't drain and so our cloths were soaked, there was garbage behind the nightstand in the bedroom we stayed in,, I called the property manager and he acted like he didn't care about the issues we were having or the property. I won't stay here again. Need a new property manager and cleaner.

  : The full garbage cans should not of been here when I arrived. The maintenance guy brought them all out to the road then they didn't take them all because they were on the wrong side of the road for pickup they smelled really bad andwere attracting hundreds of flys.Had to call the maintenance guy when I got here because key code wouldn't work.

  : house was dirty i almost left my husband stopped me. i specifically booked a house with a pool i couldn’t even go by the pool area it was so dirty, mold everywhere, the pool is not clean. carpet is dirty, the stove stopped working while i was cooking i called the 888 number couldn’t find anyone to talk to. I spent most of my days out came when it’s night time. please check with your cleaning crew.

  : Pool was nice, home was dated but clean. And comfortable.
  : When we got there plumbing issue from prior fixed but carpet very wet, internet did not work.lots of flies due to garbage cans. All taken care if day 2.
