  : the cottage needed mold in bathroom cigarette butts outside yard mowed and cleaned up. patio cleaned off old broken frig chair cleaned off. lots of light bulbs out.

  : the yard wasnt kept needing cut cigarette butts all over the beds were old an hard there were 2 refrigerators because one wasnt working and hadnt been removed yet The doors were cracked and looked like they could be pushed open the bathroom stall get a day to get it cleaned I believe there was one pot one skillet three mismatch plates no cutlery

  : The location to the beach, shopping, groceries, etc. was great! There was plenty of storage in the bedrooms. We enjoyed the covered patio with the picnic tables.
  : Edit: it's been two weeks since my stay, and the host is trying to charge me double for a fee (booking.com's fee). Keep all communication for several weeks after your stay in case you need to prove this to your bank! Good luck! When we arrived 10 minutes to check-in, the house hadn't been cleaned. The patio had glass everywhere, and we had to clean it up so our kids could safely go outside. The cleaning girl took in a broom and mop (with no mop bucket), and came out 10 minutes later. We don't know what she did. There was a trash bag sitting on the floor with a sticky spot under it. The tub was dirty and I had to pull a giant glob of sand and hair out of the drain for it to flow. There was glass in the fridge, along with a puddle of water at the bottom. The beds were so-so, at least one blanket was clearly dirty with vomit or something on it. All of that could've been overlooked as minor stuff, but we came with 4 kids and there was NO WIFI. We had no TV for a week, no way to play music on the Roku (of which there was only one for three TV's), and my kids couldn't use their tablets. We called and called and got the round about for 3 days, until we were finally told they didn't know when Frontier would be there, after being told day after day that they were coming at certain timeframes. Very, very aggravating.
