  : Manager of MBVS lied about the property. Said it was completely redone. New paint, brand new furniture and such. It wasnt, same furniture that was in the pictures. Now I am not saying the place is bad. I would stay there again and glad the owners of the house is dumping MBVS. Cost was way too high for amenities. Dealing directly with the owners will be a better price I believe.

  : The location was good.
  : When we arrived and opened the door, the smoke met us at the door. It was supposed to be a smoke free facility and it was horrible. The cleaning person(s) didn't do a good job because a used maxi pad was behind the toilet in one of the bathrooms. When one of the housekeepers came to neutralize the smoke, she said it smell like they were smoking drugs, mind you we are evangelical Christians. She bought some cheap $ spay that just made it worse and act like she did us a favor. I always bring my lysol spay that neutralizes orders and kill germs. They said they did not have another place to accommodate us.

  : The size of the house and rooms was perfect. We were a group of 7 adults and 4 dogs. The yard was great for the pups. The location to the beach was close and still quiet
  : The code did not work for the door when we got there. I attempted to call multiple times and no answer. I had to leave a voice mail, and wait for a call back while we were stuck outside of the home.

  : I didn't like anything about it.
  : The yard flooded and had to take my dog across the road to use the bathroom. The house was not clean. I purchased a linen package and had to call to get it delivered after 10pm. When we received it the bed linens were just thrown into a garbage bag. We had to sort it out and figure out what sheets went on which beds. We received bath towels, but no wash cloths or hand towels. The master bathroom ceiling leaked around the air vent. Water poured in from the air vent after a rainstorm. It was so bad we had to take most of the bath towels from the linen package we purchased and dry the entire bathroom. The steal/musky smell in the house was almost overpowering. Had to go buy airfreshners for every room. There was hardly any water pressure in the showers. The outside furniture looked like it had rode out enough hurricanes and needed to be replaced.

  : Floorplan was spacious and worked well with our family. Easy access to beach/pier.Ample parking.Outdoor shower.Cool air conditioning. Washer/dryer
  : Linens and basics like tp/hand soap not provided.$400 for sheets/ towels seems excessive.Charcoal grill was very small. Why no gas grill? Mosquitoes and flies were bad in the grilling area and it smelled like trash.Neighbor dogs barked a lot at all hours.No pool.
