: We were attending an event at the convention center, so the location was convenient.
: This hotel was very dilapidated. There was a very musty smell in the room and hallway. The carpet was very old and worn. The beds were hard and sunk in the middle. About half the lamps in the room did not work and the phone did not work. The walls were in need of cleaning and painting. We only stayed at this property one night due to the run down conditions.

: My family and I have been staying at this property for years and have never experienced any issues. This time, there were people gathered in the lobby area of the hotel until about 2:00 am. The party goers could be heard in our room.

: Faulty alarm system repeatedly being tripped and in room strobe lights going off for over an hour with our Son who is prone to seizures. When reported to staff, we were told they could not clear them.

: Did not stay more than 10 mins when we got to the room. Location was good but that’s it.
: This was the first Embassy Suites that we have ever stayed in that was just Horrible!!!! The Room was Dirty!! The Lobby wasn’t up to par with what we expect when it comes to Embassy Suites. The staff was pleasant and understood. We just couldn’t stay in those conditions so we went to front desk to leave. Oh and the smell just HORRIBLE!!!
