  : The view of the beach was nice.
  : The hotel had bugs. Roaches and gnats. Black mold in the bathroom. Poor housekeeping service. Expensive rooms that were poorly kept up. Horrible establishment. I wasn’t happy with the accommodations.

  : Well, let’s start off by saying the room was still dirty. There was hair left on the sink in the bathtub. The phone had hair on it. There was no cooking utensils or pots and pans you had to prep to provide everything yourself. The cleaning people did not understand English. I asked for extra towels and did not receive them until two days later and had to track the people down to get some. The beach area was very nice And another thing it looked like the bed had fleas eggs in it, but unsure of what the little Black speck was lucky I brought my own disinfected spray and had to disinfect the whole room myself.

  : The breakfast was good and also the pool and beach
  : The room floor was filthy,,the refrigerator was leaking and creating a dangerous environment, also we found two large cockroaches in the room . When we advised the overnight staff an Indian female and male, about the leak. I was asked if it was an issue, lol. We in turn had to use the the fresh we had in the room, to dry the area, the next day when I tried to get fresh towels, the same couple gave me a hard time and then rudely was speaking in their native language.

  : We like the accessibility to the beach. Each for our child with disabilities.
  : The room had a foul odor, the drains didn't drain correctly and the wall beside the door had a small hole in it you could see light through it at night. Also, the blind had a broken piece so you could see inside the room from outside. Had to put a bag over it.

  : Breakfast was great. The breakfast area had been renovated and much better than when we had stayed here before. Definitely preferred the room being non carpeted. Pool was great.
  : They used to have lemon water in the lobby years ago. That was a nice touch. The floors were sandy in our room when we got there. The bathroom was extremely small with the sink outside of it. I also was not expecting surprise charges when we arrived. First they tried charging me $250 for incidentals and my pet. Then that dropped to $150, then just $100. I couldn't get a straight answer as to what exactly I was paying for. I paid the $100 and then at checkout they tried to say I still owed $150. After a phone call made by the front desk that then dropped to $50. The whole thing just seemed like it was a nickel and dime scheme. Needless to say the $100 is all they got out of me! Other than that it would've been nice to have a designated smoking area outside. We were trying to enjoy the pool and someone was smoking cigars. Even outside the smell was just super strong and made us end up leaving the pool early.

  : Perfect location right at the secluded, nice beach. Hotel is of decent value, simple breakfast, dog friendly, rooms are big and beds are comfortable
  : The rooms are not cleaned; need to ask maids first clean towels or trash bags. Breakfast is of poor quality.
