: Website (Booking.com) pics should be more accurate and show what inside of each individual apartment looks like instead of lumping all apartments for 546 units together.

: it was incredibly clean and very nicely furnished. customer service was also great when we had questions.
: 3 stories with steep stairs was difficult for my parents in their 70s. I didnt receive any check-out instructions but decided to call literally as we were pulling away and was asked to put all trash out and run the dishwasher. is that communicated anywhere?

: Property was very well-maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable although additional blankets and pillows would have been appreciated. For a two nights day, we were given each a towel for a party of six. There were three bathrooms, 2 bath towels in each. Nice three bedroom layout and it was a perfect size for our family. A little bit of a walking distance down to the wharfs, but its all shops and restaurants as you scroll down Thames. There is a convenient store gas station next to the property which was very convenient for us as well.
: Could have used more bath towels, blankets and pillows.
