: Location! We were able to park for most of the duration of our trip and walk to everything! The cafe Picnic next door was also super convenient. Breakfast was good too. Appreciated that it wasn’t the standard continental breakfast.
: Needed coffee maker or teapot in the rooms or at least a coffee station in 2nd floor kitchen. Would also have been convenient to have ice maker at this property and not down in the breakfast area. Wasn’t informed about check-out process. Would have liked to have learned some stories about the property.

: The location was wonderful, but then pretty much everything in Newport is walkable.
: I learned something new as a traveler. I will always always always check the shower and water pressure prior to settling in as soon as I see the room. The shower shower was awful. It was just water dripping over you zero pressure. I explained this when checking out and nothing was said or done.
