  : The guest bathroom shower did not operate. the WI-FI was terrible.

  : The listing said partial air conditioning, meaning an old, dirty window unit in the kitchen. The upstairs has a thermostat that would never get under 77 degrees. This is very misleading since there is no actual AC unit to cool that entire area, just a blower. This caused a very intense odor, especially during the daytime. The pictures of the unit do not match the listing. We were very displeased with the stay and ended up sleeping downstairs the entire trip on a very uncomfortable pull-out couch to have some air conditioning. There was also sand in the master bedroom sheets and everywhere throughout the house. A womans thong was on top of the dryer.

  : The bi fold doors were broken. These doors are the main glass doors facing the ocean. With these doors being broken, the view was obstructed and the it was hot inside due to the lack of ventilation. That was a huge take away from our time there
