  : Location is great. Rooms are charming.
  : Outside surroundings are noisy. But given the location, it's to be expected. Trade off of such a great location.On this particular occasion, the bed in the room I purchased had a giant wet spot in the middle of it. Discovered this around 11pm when I was finally about to go to sleep and actually got into bed. I couldn't believe it. It made zero sense. Best I can guess is that it was like that when the room was made up the staff didn't notice. Was covered in bedding all day and couldn't dry. I have ZERO idea what the source of the wetness was, but I suspect a child slept in the bed the previous night. I explained the sitch to the night attendant and he verified the giant wet spot and we flipped the mattress. There weren't any other rooms available at that moment. The next morning we were given a different room and management refunded me the price difference of the rooms, but nothing to comp the inconvenience of moving rooms and the disgustingness of laying in a wet spot. Management could have done better to make it up to us. This was the third or fourth time I've stayed here and I don't know if I'll be back. Kind of a bummer because other than this bad experience, the place is great.
