Single-Story Home with Hot Tub Pets Welcome!

  : The location and neighborhood were nice.
  : This House was filthy despite it being advertised as " Clean Single-Story Home with Hot Tub - Pets Welcome!?" The exhaust fans in bathrooms were black and moldy. The floors and counter tops were very dirtyand had long black hairs everywhere. The coffee pot was greasy and gross. The light fixtures (when I looked up) in the kitchen had clumps of black dust on them. The "laundry" area in the dirty garage was filthy, and had black long hairs in the wash mashine. Also palmetto bugs (giant sized cockroaches) in garage and in home. Perhaps the exterminator hadnt been there in a while? The wicker furniture off the kitchen was super uncomforatable, and had pillows that were stained and torn. There was not one area in that house where you could watch tv and be comfortable. After contacting the property manager, she offered to have someone come in to clean the home again. Unfortunatley, she could not accomodate us with a time, or specific day since they were "short staffed." The property manager must have relayed our complaints to the owner of the property, who showed up at the door and told us "if you dont like it, you should leave!" Since there were no available rentals in area, and my husband was working "from home" , he told the owner we would stay. If it wasnt for the poor behavior displayed by the owner, I wouldnt be writing about this home at all. I understand things can happen, and sometimes issues arise when homes are rented. But this was completely unacceptable! It was embarassing, and humiliating, and people should know this before looking into renting this home. Also, we were told they would refund our cleaning fee, but we have yet to see or hear anything at this time.

  : Small but roomy enough for everyone to have their space. The amenities was more than what I expected ( ie. extra bathroom and washer/dryer)
  : The 3rd bedroom wasnt all that clear in the description of the home.

  : So clean and spacious. Nice neighborhood
  : A few maintenance problems. Disposal which they repaired. Ice maker which they didnt. And a few other problems we had to call on.
