  : Start off when I went in to check in I asked the gentleman how the location was and everything and he completely ignored me. Then I got to the room and all I could smell is marijuana, went in the light to the lamp didnt work and neither did the TV the floor was disgusting so filthy I was afraid to walk on it barefoot, got to the bathroom there are huge roaches crawling out of the bathtub. The chair in the room was broken, no amenities, there look to be people high on drugs cant even stand up or walk they fall over or stare at you. The bathtub looks like it was painted over there were cobwebs inside the room. I took several pictures

  : Well I was charged for the hotel and then found out I had two pending transactions. So I couldn’t even use my money on my trip. I called and asked why the guy told me not to worry they only charged me once. Kinda short with me and didn’t really wanna be bothered it seemed like. I checked out the next morning and asked the gentleman at the desk and he reassured me it would only charge me once the other would go in my account if not to call. Which still defeats the purpose I went to Nashville to celebrate my sons 9th birthday and I was $100 short for spending money. So I waited the next morning it showed only 1 pending transaction and my other one had went back in my account. Well later on I went to use my card and I couldn’t pay fully for what I was purchasing so I checked my account and I had the one charge for $100 pending and a new charge for $88 pending my sure why. I’ve been checking my account through out the day and now the one payment of $100 has been put through and I have the $88 charge pending and another charge for $100 pending so it’s making my account overdrawn. We didn’t mess up anything in the room all we did was sleep when we were there it was me my mother and my 9&2 kids so we were partying or anything to tear up anything I didn’t smoke in the room or do anything that wasn’t aloud so I don’t understand why this is happening. I booked thru Booking.com like I have a million times and I have never never had this kind of issue!!
