  : nothing it was nasty an I had to clean the room before my kids could even go inside it.
  : the service sucked took 24 hours to get towels and wash clothes . there was roaches in the room and yes I have proof of all this

  : The beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing, and we loved that it was right on the beach.
  : It looked pretty clean, then we went to put our clothes away and noticed that almost all of the drawers were kinda dirty. The plastic cover, to the pull-out bed's corner was missing. That caused a lot of skinned toes and a junk taken out of my husbands little toe. The floor inside the pull-out beds wall was flithy and bits of the ceiling fell on us. We had to clean out the shower drain so the tub would empty. We asked for towels and never recieved them, so we paid to wash and dry them.

  : When I got there, I requested a parking pass, they said I should get it from where ever I booked, in this case, booking.comDidn't get free breakfast for one room, only for the other one. 4 people didn't get breakfast. It's non sense how you get free breakfast for only one room, when you booked 2 rooms and paid over 2K for the weekend.Also, one of the rooms had blankets in the closet that had pee in them, there was a bad smell in the closet.

  : Booking with vasaca was easy how ever being treated like the red head step child because we booked with an outside company was the pits!!! We ran out of tp was told to call who we booked with. Same for the closed drain in the shower and clean towels. We did and was told the were on the way but spent all four days with no shower. Bought our own tp and had to go to a lundry mat to wash hotel towels. Will not book with vasaca again. Not to mention the room was twice as expensive because of booking with an outside company. Nothing about this company!! Location was great!
  : Everything about vasaca! Seems like they scam people out of money. Make promise they don't keep. Still waiting on those towels vasaca. You said you were on your way Friday at 3. So where are you. Not to mention the clogged drain you said you were sending someone. Well it's Monday and we had no shower for our 4 day trip. The pits!!!!!

  : The room was beautiful. It included little things, such as dishwashing soap and laundry soap, that wasn't expected but truly helpful! It was just like staying at my own home.
