  : We were caught in a storm and got there late. Unfortunately, I didn't know that they canceled the reservation, because we were going through tornado weather and I wasn't aware that if I didn't get there before 6pm they would cancel my reservation. We drove from Wisconsin and I had called to make sure we could be on the first floor, because my mom is elderly and can't do stairs, so when we finally got there, I found out that the reservation was canceled and they only had a 2nd floor room available, I had to find another place to stay. I was very upset and disappointed. It should be noted that if you're not going to make it by a certain time you should contact the hotel to let them know. I thought as long as I got there before midnight I would have the room, or be charged. ESPECIALLY if it was life threatening weather on the route to the hotel!! My reservation stated I was coming from WI...
