: There was unaccompanied children running around and the air conditioning was extremely loud all night long. It we turned it off it would get hot.

: Didn't get to stay due to a mixup with the hotel and Booking. After Booking telling me to contact the hotel and the hotel telling me to contact Booking, all my family and I got was the run around. The front desk worker named Sarah, whom I had to speak with twice, ended up being very rude and inconsiderate about the situation. My family and I lost our room for the night and also the money for our reservation.

: Breakfast was fine. The breakfast staff was proficient and kept the area clean and orderly. It was an affordable hotel and conveniently located. Our room was quite large.
: The indoor pool area was really humid if you weren't swimming. It could use some better ventilation. The front desk staff needs to be a bit more cheerful and welcoming.
