  : The room was adequate, clean. However it appeared that the last cleaning and stocking of items had not been finished. The towels and washcloths were incomplete. The courtesy items such as shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion only had a hand lotion. The room was listed as including a hair dryer. There was no hair dryer in the room. There were no informational documents stating breakfast hours, pool hours. Nothing of the sort in the room. Breakfast was NOT AVAILABLE on 7/15/24 as the cook had called in sick and there was no substitute to fill the position. Note: there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. No way to remove steam, moisture nor odors from that tiny bathroom. Further, the shower head is not reachable by anyone who is under-tall, and was pointed to hit the shower curtain and run out onto the floor. It was impossible to adjust--and it was extremely dirty/hard water buildup.
  : Lack of stocking the room with complete complement of toiletries, hair dryer which is listed as being included, lack of motel procedures and amenity schedule information doc available in the room, short-person inaccessible shower head for positioning and spray selection, no breakfast available due to absent kitchen employee. The carpet in the common areas such as hallways is tired and needs updating.

  : The rooms were clean and well stocked. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Our King room was large and had plenty of room to move about and store things we didn't want to leave in the truck.
  : The rooms could have been cleaner. The main lobby was a bit dirty, like it needed a good vacuum. The cost for a room in Moscow, ID was shockingly high.

  : Not on their game compared to last stay pre covid. Breakfast selection was poor, tried to print on computer and it was out of toner and staff didn’t know how to replace it - still the same the next day - looks tired and old - paint falling off wall in one spot in room
