  : That it was better then the street and we'll it's not the room I ordered, we had ordered one bed kings room I reserved but was give a queens room and it's a smaller room.. I was charged the same price for the Queen room as the king room .That doesn't seem right to me. I believe I should have been reimburse 100$ or something at no fault or accepting it was a headache
  : What I didn't like is that I reserved a kings room and was given something that I didn't want but they had no other choice,I think when you reserved a room you should have an option to stay up stairs or not but I see that option.my hole review is a bit of a 2 .like I said in the beginning it's not what I ordered but had to pay the same price when it should have been 100$ cheaper. No washer the machines took our money and let not talk about the donut as breakfast,it's better then nothing else I guess

  : Room in very poor condition. Pillows missing pillow cases. Loud, old air conditioning unit.

  : Did not eat there.
  : The clerk that checked us in - horrendous. She was sitting at the desk, with both legs wrapped with a cover in the chair. She only stood up to give us the key. She was the most disrespectful clerk that I have seen in the past 50 years. When I asked for a receipt, she replied - I have nothing to do with that. You should have already received that. -. I will not ever stay there again.

  : Bugs, people loud outside up and down the side walk.,bed have big dip in them ,breakfast is not all that good cold coffee, but I have to stay here or the streets,no where to wash your clothes
