  : Smoke free hotel but the entire place smelled like cigarettes! The pool water was green as if It hadn’t been cleaned! The bed covers were dirty, the carpet was sticky and nasty had red spots on the floor, I assume it was blood. The walls were dirty and the pull out couch had hair in it, I’m guessing from the previous guest !

  : I got my key at about 9am .. didn't enter the rm until 9pm.. around 12:30 or 1am my hand and arm begin to itch ..this woke me up..I turn on the light and what I saw on the pillow..when I flipped it over ..BED BUG .

  : Staff was helpful, especially when I couldn't get my room keycard to work. Bed was comfortable.
  : Room was on the ground floor, just off the lobby. Outside the window was an air conditioner condensing unit, and it ran all the time. I turned off the a/c unit in the room, but the outside unit still ran. It must have been for other areas of the hotel. Also, when I tried to open the bathroom door I had to force it past the toilet so I could use the toilet. No damage was visible, but the arrangement should have been better. Breakfast was almost all prepackaged items (bread, danish, bagels, cold cereal) that had very little flavor, and the coffee was awful. The scrambled eggs were OK, and sausage was offered but I didn't have any sausage. Make-your-own waffles and a variety of juice options were also available.

  : The room was a good size and comfortable.
  : We were told breakfast was 7a-9a, even though it was listed until 9:30. We arrived @8:30 and the eggs and sausage were empty and no one seemed refilled them.

  : The check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The beds were really comfortable.
  : The whole facility had a weird smell. The bathroom in our room was not the cleanest the shower wall had mold and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. Everything in the bathroom got soaked every time we took a shower. Our room was 2 queens and a sleeper sofa and states up to 5 people, which that's what we had, so why do you only give 3 towels and bath rags. After traveling for hours and getting in late the last thing we want to do is have to run back and forth to the front to get towels so we can shower.
