: Some minor communication issues. I was asked when I would arrive and got a confirmation. Was expecting someone would be there. I called the manager and he said he had sent the door code, etc on booking but nothing received there. But no problem as he was able to provide it to me over the phone and all was well.

: Location was good and easy access to most places. Rooms were clean. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Loved the fact that you didn't need a key and access was through a door code. Didn't have to worry about keeping track of keys. Loved that there was washer and dryer available if we needed it.
: Bathroom was small and wouldn't have been good if it had been more than me and my spouse staying there. Lots of rules but no one there to enforce them. No smoking allowed and no drinking in the hot tub area but there was a group of lodgers that smoked and drank at the hot tub luckily they only stayed one night. Only one ice tray in the freezer. It would have been nice to have more than that for drinks.

: It was in a quite place and very nice area. Easy to get in and setting up WiFi. Had everything in the kitchen and enough towels. The coffee machine was old and not working properly. It took a little effort to find a house keeping phone number, but talk to someone and replaced with new one.
: Wished a dishwasher and smart TVs. Broken coffee brewer although replaced with brand new one. Wasted my good gourmet coffee.

: Clean, quiet, laundry facilities, kitchen (without dishwasher), usb-charging docks.
: The little envelope of the cleaning staff asking for a tip. I paid more than 100$ for the cleaning.
