  : Nothing met expectations. Was Not close to the beach.Small, unit and outdated decor. No electricity. Maintenance came out to confirm there was a problem. It took almost 2 hours for Vacasa to move us to a suitable property,. After a 12 hour drive.we finally rented in a Wonderful unit close to the beach. Recommend Vacasa, Not Sandprints.Vacasa

  : Everything was great except the bed was not comfy. But everything in the room was awezome
  : Not by the beach. The pics online led us to believe it was right off the beach

  : Very clean. Other than that very disappointed.
  : I booked this property because it said beachfront. It was not! I was very disappointed upon arrival. I felt like a fool when my now fiancé saw we weren't on the beach.

  : Kitchen was nice. The location... about a 5 min walk from the beach.
  : The bathroom has mold, one of the pull out sofa smelled like urine (this particular sofa was stained, I am assuming from previous visitors, but has not been clean), the decoration rug was beyond beyond stain and looked like it haven't been clean since placed in the home.

  : Pool area was nice and a short walk to the beach. Also washer and dryer in room.
  : The living room cable box did not work. The bedroom cable box took 10 minutes to get to work. Had to kill a big roach the first night. And the bedroom door didn't close well and came off the hinge the night before we left. Not great Lighting in living room and bathroom

  : The property is very close to the beach and the pool was nice.
  : Condo B7 has a different lock system then the rest of sandprints condos. It’s the owners own system. They have not informed vacasa of any other method to get in if locked out. We went to the pool locking the back door. When coming back the code would not work. Our front door screen was locked so we couldn’t enter that way. The back door did have a key access but it was not provided to vacasa in case of a lock out. When a vacasa rep showed up and called the owner of the condo she was very demeaning as to why we would lock our front screen and told the vacasa rep that had been the code for years. Um how scary! So previous people have the code. We ended up locked out for over an hour in a horrible lightening storm..Fold out couch has no bed pillows or fitted sheets No beach towels suppliedBathroom shower had 1/2 glass and a shower curtain (so strange)No cable access in bedroom, so TV is worthless Front room could only get Netflix on TVDishes were dirty when we got there Stand up fan from the 60s
