  : It was convenient to our travel plans. Had a pool and hot tub, plus breakfast
  : Most everything. The pool and hot tub were out of service. Huge disappointment after a 10 hour drive.The tile floor of the one and only elevator was broken. Large chunk gone. Others loose. Dangerous.Staff on duty was tired, yawning while trying to talk to me, mumbling. Our room on first entering looked fine. No remote. No cable box. Down to the lobby. Lady standing there says the desk clerk gave those two to try and neither work. Clerk gives me a remote with no battery cover. We go to my room. He comes back with a cable box, says last box and remote must have been stolen. Meanwhile he goes away to remove the fridge from a guest room that is not working. Finally take off shoes and socks. Walk around a bit in the room and my feet are black. Not only was the carpet badly stained it was filthy, filthy, filthy. Our one and only facecloth was dirty. Makeup stains, etc. Never stay here. I talked to 3 other very unhappy guests. The only ones I saw. Booking.com needs to remove this place from its list of hotels. Dangerous and very dirty. Can I add pictures of the dangerous flooring in the elevator?

  : The first room that I went into. One of the beds was not made. Don’t know if someone took a nap or the cleaning crew forgot to finish making the bed. The second room I went into - the tv didn’t work. Even though the desk clerk gave it his best shot, he was unable to get it working.
