  : Staff was very welcoming and the floor was quiet. Loved the chrome casting of tv streaming services
  : The room seemed so “sterile” with all wood/laminate floors and very stiff bedding. The open Shower was cool but you ended up with a very wet bathroom floor

  : Modern decor and glad there was a mini fridge.
  : We arrived at 12:30 and was told we would have to wait until 3pm to check in. Okay I understand policy. But was told we could check in early for $75. I thought I was in Vegas for a minute with that nonsense. As it turned out nothing was available at that moment and were told to check back in 15 min. The staff did hold our bags. We decided to leave and return at 3pm. Our room did not get refreshed on Monday or Wednesday. On Monday we arrived back at room at 4pm, housekeeping was working in room next door. At that point, it was too late for us, but they never knocked either. On Wednesday we were out until 8pm and the room wasn’t touched. I don’t recall anything saying it wouldn’t be refreshed every day. We always intended to reuse towels and hung. But trash could have been emptied and beds made at a minimum every day.
