  : • The proximity to the Target Center for the Tournament. • The helpfulness, especially of the valet staff, in helping us get maps and giving us advice about how to get around town. • Kieran's, Glueks, and the Red Cow are all great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
  : The room that Booking.com reserved for us had this description: "Featuring free toiletries and bathrobes, this triple room includes a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and slippers. The spacious air-conditioned triple room features a flat screen TV with cable channels, a mini-bar, a tea and coffee maker, a seating area as well as city views. The unit has one bed." A few days before our trip, I called 615-340-5780 to ask about the specifics of the room, since the "triple room" cost $100 more than the standard. I left a message that was never returned. When we arrived at the hotel, the first room we were given did not have a city view, slippers, bathrobes, or look like a "triple room." I returned to the desk, showed the man at the desk the screen shot of the amenities the room was supposed to have, and asked him if they had a room like that. He switched our room to the top floor. It had a city view, but it was the same size as the previous one. He said we were being charged the regular room rate. We were fine without the bathrobe, slippers, etc. We just were looking forward to a bigger room in which to spend our six days at the tournament. I don't know if this is a Booking.com error, or Lowes, or Hilton's. The only other issue we had was with the $54/day charge for the valet parking, especially since we only took our car out once during our stay. Otherwise, the our stay was very nice.
