  : The check in process was 45 minutes, the staff were rude, housekeeping tried to come into my room twice before check out time. The a/c didn’t work correctly, it was hot in there, the peepholes in the doors had metal in front of them so you couldn’t see out of them. The outdoor area was gross and the garbage was overflowing.

  : The check in process took 45 minutes. There were two people working and I believe they were people that tried to check in earlier rooms were not ready and so it backed everything up the person who did end up assisting me. She was very professional but unfortunately, they were understaffed and overwhelmed. The worst part was valet. It took forever and the sign says $39 overnight. I was charged $49 overnight and I was getting texts at 2:45 in the morning that appeared like I had to be done with my valet worst experience and valet I have ever had in my life, and for that reason, I would never come back to this hotel.

  : Parking was an issue. When booking, I was assuming there was parking. The parking garage was around the corner and expensive. There was a valet, but that was even more expensive
