  : Nice to have an off-street parking spot. Easy access to the building.
  : It wasn’t very clean (dirty toilet, the oven was so gross). The key box is kind of janky to open and close. There were burnt out light bulbs. Some amenities were broken or ‘unavailable due to Covid’ (though Milwaukee is under no restrictive Covid guidelines currently). The property seemed much nicer in photos than it was in person.

  : Location! It is close to everything. Quiet at night. Walkable. Couldn’t hear your neighbors. Free Parking spot. Easy to get around. Great check-in and check-out directions. Nice towels. Patio!
  : uncomfortable couch, old, stained pillows in closet, nicked up furniture, tear in screen door, old, worn carpet, blinds in bedroom did nothing to keep out street lights at night- it was always light in the bedroom.

Disappointing

  : nice location and spacious
  : vents were filthy, sliding door didn’t work well at all, lots of missing blinds (lack of privacy)

  : Location was great!
  : It was dirty. The shower curtain had black mold all over. Bathroom floor hadn’t been swept. Not sure the carpet has ever been vacuumed. Dirty dishes were in the dish washer.

  : It was a bit hard to get keys back in lock box as the thing to hang themon was broken but not a big deal.
