  : Front desk staff was friendly.
  : Pool was closed!!!!! Room was very dim, bulbs burnt out. Hair in the tub (hadnt used it yet!) Fridge wasnt clean. Shower curtain would not stay in place, kept sliding down (shower rod was broken and curved downward). Making sure the basics are in place should be a priority!

  : they should advertise when you booking that pool will not be accessible due to maintenance?It was filled with water but nobody was allowed - in temp over 100 f - this was really ennoying

  : Rooms so poorly lit.. looked dingy. Bathroom door hinge was broken. AC had to be manually controlled

  : Heated pool and jacuzzi, close to freeway, could see my car from our window
  : The room A/C was set on one temp the entire time and it was hot then cold, then hot then cold; the beds were not comfortable; bathtub looked really gross, its old but still looked really dirty, did not want to shower; TV remote only turned the TV on, had to download a remote app to change channels, volume; breakfast was literally a frozen (gross) burrito to microwave, a bag of sliced apples and a really small orange juice, they were out of all cereal except mini-wheats, they were out of oranges and applesauce and poptarts, no option to change items in bags, could only take 1 bag per person, was told a shipment comes in tomorrow. Seems like updates are trying to happen but should be stated online, I definitely would have stayed elsewhere for what I paid.

  : No breakfast as offered. Room was very nice. Had to change rooms 2nd day due to heater not working. But staff was very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.
