  : The room was decently clean and I felt the staff was trying their best.
  : We had stayed here before about 5 years ago and it was OK (not great but OK)....but now, the property was a disaster and should be condemned. Broken glass that instead of being replaced had plywood. Trash cans overflowing with garbage. Security doors completely open so there literally was no security. The weeds were so bad that the grounds looked like a haunted house from a 70's horror movie. The lobby reeked of marijuana. The room was clean but AC did not work properly. I will say that the front desk staff was nice and were trying their very best...but they were literally in charge of something that the Clarion obviously didn't give a damn about! My friend had checked into her room, and when we returned after an evening out, all of her stuff was missing. It was a mishap on the part of the staff, but the young front desk girl just shrugged us off (there is a lot of details but will leave it at that). So we had to call 911 to file a burglary report with the police. When the police arrived we finally got her stuff and her room back. The good news...the cops were great and we have a great story!
