  : Attempted to check-in but the wi-fi at this location was not working. I waited 30 minutes before noting that I had until 6 pm to cancel my reservation. I attempted to cancel my reservation with the receptionist and was told I was unable to do so but had to go through Booking.com. I attempted to cancel my reservation through Booking.com but was not given the option as it was the day of check-in. Having driven for 7 hours that day I did not want to wait until the wi-fi was fixed as it sounded it would be a while. I ultimately made a reservation at another location, for less money, and closer to the downtown area. However, I am still awaiting a refund. I have since had to open a dispute with my credit card company. While I am happy I was able to use Booking.com for alternative accommodations, the time it is taking them to correct this situation is frustrating to say the least and has me looking at alternative means of booking travel in the future.
