Beautiful Studio in Downtown Memphis + River Views

  : only thing good was the location of the property. they don’t give you the little disclosures .
  : Don’t book this property in “winter” months, as they quote when it’s starts in December, because they turn the AC off during the months of October to February. it was filthy from the floors to the tubs . They tried to accommodate us with another room where the door knob was damn near out the hole and they said it was my responsibility if anything happened . I didn’t care so much about river views until I discovered the extra Mia happening in the room . they tell you to open the patio if your room gets to hot . walking on this supposedly clean floor and my socks became black ! it was hair in the sheets, towels, and bed . the lamps were missing and broken when I went in . it took 35 mins just to get into the hotel the code sent wasn’t working . they said they would adjust my price and never did . overall the comfort inn that we parked at ( only paid $5 parking the whole stay ) which was in the back was wayyyyy nicer than that. For hell sate they had lemon water in the lobby and accommodate they people from renew as well. somebody played music blasting during quiet hours and was never kicked out . I wouldn’t stay there again . oh yea we caught the flu and I’m pregnant and the city was completely booked so no options of going anywhere else . I informed them I would leave this review and they said do what you have to do . if I could leave more I would

  : Location was okay, walkable to downtown Memphis. Kitchen was the best feature but oven had been left on by previous guest at 350 degrees.
  : The property was not as described. There was no river view. From our balcony we only looked down on rooftops littered with garbage. Sparsely furnished. Did not get the property's location and door code until 3 hours prior to our arrival. Our nerves were frazzled.
