Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
  : Cute place. Basically clean. Large TV and easy to access internet.
  : Area under construction. Difficult to access this location. There was only one kitchen towel there, no dishcloths or sponge to do dishes, and NO PAPER TOWELS at all. We had to make a run to the grocery store as soon as we arrived to get some items that are normally included in a rental, especially one at this price. Also, there is no way to reach someone locally. All communication is texting a management company out of the area. We have another place we normally stay in McCall but it was full this weekend so tried something else. It wasnt the worst ever but it wouldnt be my first choice.

Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : The location was safe, and very quiet. It was easy to get a hold of Vacasa support staff. Te house was as described, clean and the heater functioned well.
  : It was difficult to access the keys. Had to call support, but they helped us get access to the key box. It was impossible for us to get the key back in the box and secured. Again support by phone was helpful. I do think Vacasa could have communicated about 50% less via email and text and done very well. The frequency of communication via text and email was too much!
