  : Great family-friendly fun, but also outstanding for adults as well. We loved the adult-only pool and the food at the bar was great. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and wholesome. Can't wait to come back.

  : Location to kings island.
  : DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I booked this place because of it location to kings island (and because of the pictures I saw on line looked like a nice place) which we went to first but got caught in a massive storm and were soaked. So we went to the cabin to check in and dry out. We were told we could not check in until 4pm (it was 2) after showing the clerk an email they had sent me speaking of earlier check in and finally speaking to a mgr who had to teach her correctly we finally got in our cabin for 20 extra dollars! This put our bill for one night at 360 dollars to put that in comparison we could have stayed at French lick resort for that price! Please see the pictures below of what we walked into! The place is dirty! Dirt on walls, dirty sheets, dirty pillows, bugs everywhere!!! Large crack in front door allowing more bugs to come in the roof has a crack in it too! The upstairs loft it about 3 feet in height so you literally have to crawl from the stairs to the mattress thats sitting on the floor! The pillows are large and uncomfortable and When I asked for a refund so me and my family could go somewhere else I was told no refunds! Absolute miserable stay!!!

  : The property was nice and the amenities were great. We ultimately stayed there because it was close to Kings Island.
  : I didnt like how small the cabins are. We are a family of 5, our cabin slept up to 8 but it was just too small for all of us. We had a rain day where we mainly stayed inside and there isnt enough seats inside for 5 people so that made it challenging for us. We felt like we were on top of each other. I didnt feel like it was all that clean either. Dishes in the dishwasher had been cleaned but most of them were still dirty and we had to wash them by hand. The walls were kind of dirty and the toilet seat was old and would slide off every time you sat on it. That was super annoying.
