  : Staff was very nice and tried their best to be helpful.
  : Upon arrival i noticed that my comforter was dirty and had something crusty on it (literally). Several sets of sheets were provided when I requested a replacement but no comforter. When asked again, I was provided with a mattress pad. The next morning another staff member said they would bring me a comforter but they did not. Overall the building and contents were worn out. There were obvious signs of age and disrepair pretty much everywhere you looked. Due to other events in the area over the weekend causing very few rooms to be available I ended up having to pay quite a bit more than expected for a hotel of this quality.

  : Breakfast area was clean and coffee was hot. Staff was extremely helpful in letting customers where food was in the area.
  : Rooms were ‘so so’. Bathrooms are small with sink in the main room. Aging AC units look dingy. You definitely get what you pay for.

  : Freshly remolded with new beds and couches in King Suite. Was a pleasant surprise for the price paid. A hot breakfast was more than I expected to see. Breakfast hostess was kind and brought our hot refills.
  : There is a major disconnect between the front desk day shift and evening shift. Long story short, I had to stop by each day and have them re-swipe my credit card for incidentals. I was told this happens a lot when using booking.com. I have never had that problem with any other stays using booking.com.

  : Location was great. Lots of restaurants and gas stations as well as a Walmart close by
  : I waited over 20 minutes to get checked in due to no one being in the front lobby. I rang the bell several times and no one came so I had go find someone which happened to be the laundry lady that barely spoke English.

  : The staff was rude, they tried to triple charge our credit card they ran it three times and we finally told them they weren't running it again, showed up on our bank account they ran it the three times, the room was not very clean, sink had stuff in it that looked like blood that had dried on it. Our room was supposed to be ready for check in between 3-4 pm. We arrived at 345pm and had to wait for another hour to even get our key and enter room. Will never stay at this hotel again. Staff never even apologized to us for the room not being ready or for our long wait. Went swimming had to ask three times for pool towels, then the guy at the front desk acted like we were a burden.
