  : The hotel was very good as far as comfort and that's about it.
  : I was jolted awake by a smoke alarm at 3:30 am in the room that went off saying "low battery" over and over and flashing lights. The guy next door began banging on the wall and I could not reach the alarm since the room had high ceilings. I proceeded to call the front desk and the phone rang about 30 times, no answer. then I began getting a little fed up. So I got dressed and went down to the front desk becoming alot more ticked off. Meanwhile the alarm continues with my wife alone in the room. I confronted the desk clerk in an angry tone who informed me she had been busy making coffee. That did it for me so I told her I'm not paying for the room. She became hostile towards me saying I was blaming her for an alarm going off. I just looked at her and said this is bull****. She gathered up a stepstool and batteries and we proceeded to the room where she changed out the batteries. After she leaves the wife tells me someone was knocking at the door. Thank God she didn't open it. I went back to sleep after twenty minutes and at 4:30 am a train whistle rolls through town blowing the whistle every 30 seconds. I want a refund and I will never stay there again. Rude employees, no scheduled maintenance

  : Hotel was neat and clean beds were very comfortable.
  : It was too easy to hear the noise from the hallway until the hotel room there's needs to be some sort of a barrier underneath the door to close the gap it was difficult to sleep cuz I could hear everybody walking up and down the hall.
