  : Honestly very little. I get that minimalism is very in right now, but this hotel merely masquerades as minimalist when it is really just cheap.
  : There is no wifi. They might say there is wifi but during the length of my stay, I was unable to load a single page on the wifi. The plumbing was problematic... my shower barely drained and my toilet ran incessantly. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the walls are PAPER THIN. The room literally vibrated every time a person moved, making it extremely hard to sleep. This was the biggest waste of $228 ever and would NEVER recommend anyone come here.

  : Train will wake you at 3:00am ..but they provide excellent earplugs. All the hotels in town are on the train tracks...so if you stay in Marfa ..its part of the thing. We loved The Thunderbird and would stay there in a heartbeat! Very Marfa vibe.

  : It was beautiful but overpriced. I was initially charged $250 but received a discount due to a plumbing problem In Our room. The owners and staff were very nice and accommodating. Facility was clean and very comfortable. I just felt the initial $250 was a bit high. The coffee in room was amazing!
  : Needs a mini fridge for cooling drinks.

  : Great location with neighboring restaurants and bikes available for rent. Nice grounds with outdoor seating and a nice pool (weather permitting). Towels were replenished and overall nice minimal decor. Very appropriate for 2-guest per room + child.
  : The third guest bed was uncomfortable due to it being thin on a hard surface; Not suitable for an adult. There were no photos of the rooms to fully understand what we were getting in terms of that third bed. We asked if the pool water was heated and told it was, but it was not at all when we checked. It would be nice to have better quality coffee/tea options from what was available. The room was cold at arrival and not properly set for our arrival. Ultimately it comes down to managing guest expectations. The more we know ahead of time the better a guest will take what is provided. Minor issues that can be improved or described ahead of next visit.
