  : Mammoth Lakes is very pretty and there is a nice walking path by the property. It's a little far from Yosemite, but still a doable drive. Super close access to Devil's Postpile and other great hiking/biking.
  : The apartment was very old but well maintained. It was not very clean. Surface areas like kitchen counter and toilet were clean but there were cobwebs up in the corners and dirt caked around the edges of the tub, door frames, etc. Couch and bed were rock hard and very uncomfortable. Blankets were hidden in the coffee table, so we couldn't find them and froze the first night. The oven cooks terribly. We spent most of our time in Yosemite and very little time at the condo, so it wasn't a huge deal, but I don't think I would stay here again.

  : The condo itself was decent and in a nice complex. Unfortunately no signage on what floors room numbers were located. Our room 207 was actually on the first floor. Our assigned parking was in the 2nd building, so it made getting our stuff up and down stairs interesting.
  : The unit was not entirely clean. Hairs on the shower walls. The toilet was temperamental and flushed about every other time. We had to use the plunger twice. Not a great experience, due to severe lack of professionalism and follow through. I would NOT recommend using Vacasa Property Management. We arrived to find the wrong size sheets (and only one fitted sheets) for the pull out sofa. There were no pillow cases either. I had to wait 1.5 hours for housekeeping to arrive while my family went to the spa. The real ringer was I left an outfit in the drawer of the dresser in the bedroom. As soon as we returned home, about 5 hours later, I called Vacasa Property Management. I gave a very detailed description of the clothing that was left behind and to please call housekeeping right away. I was told they would and I would be contacted the next day. Zero follow through. I called back. They had no notes or record that housekeeping was contacted. They then told me that a group moved in and would be there for 5-6 days. I asked to please contact them immediately and see if the two clothing items were still in the dresser drawer. This is a one bedroom condo with one dresser, so it would be unlikely that the new residents did not use the dresser for storage. I was told they would be contacted as well as housekeeping. A whole week went by and still no follow through with a phone call. Unbelievable! I called again and asked to speak to a manager. I was put on hold for about 10 minutes and was then told a supervisor would call me back. A supervisor did call back, and basically said they're not responsible and he'd make a note of the lack of follow through. No apology, no offer of compensation to make the errors right.

  : The maintenance is poor. Mini blends couldnt close, blow dryer didnt work.
